“worry-free” evening.
The
guest tables
will be ready and waiting for your guests to arrive.
1. 60”
round tables will be covered with 72x72” square white linen (colors available at
additional charge).
2.
Stainless flatware, water goblet, and folded white napkin will be set at
each guest place.
(wine
glass $.40 additional; color napkins are additional).
3.
Salt/pepper shakers and water pitcher will be provided for each table.
4.
Salad and dinner plates will be placed.
5.
Coffee mugs and coffee pots will be placed at the beverage table.
6.
Reserved signs will be placed on family tables.
Centerpiece
to be provided by the bridal party.

The
bridal table will be covered and skirted with white linen. Mini-lights, tulle and/or garland or swags
may also be used at no additional charge.
The bridal table will have a lighted arch and lattice backdrop.
The
cake table, beverage table, and gift table will be covered and skirted,
decorated with garland or swags and tulle.
Highlighting the gift table will be a decorated, locked birdcage for
collection of gift envelopes. The cake
table will have a lighted, lattice backdrop with garland and tulle. The cake
table will be set with a cutting knife and serving spatula as well as paper
plates and plastic forks for cake service.
A
decorated podium will be provided for your guest book. An additional table is available if needed
for guest seating cards, hors d’euvres or other purpose. A table will be covered and skirted on the
stage for the D.J. if needed.
The
bar will be stocked with ice, pitchers, napkins, plastic cups and soft
drinks (Pepsi, diet Pepsi, Sierra Mist, Vernors, Orange Juice, Tonic). Licensed, insured bartenders will provide for
your alcoholic beverage service. No
alcohol or other mix is included in this package.
Dinner
dishes will be bussed from the
tables. No clean up
required. At the end of the evening you
may leave the party clean up to our staff, allowing you to enjoy your event
without the worry of staying late to clean up.
You are allowed 6 hours for your event. Additional hours may be purchased but the
building must be vacated by 1:00 a.m.
